WHO WE ARE

My name is Michael Raab and I was born in Germany in 1965.

At the beginning of 2013 I founded the company Novesia srl, of which I am the sole director.

The company deals with sales and consultancy in the graphics, paper converting and converting sectors in general.

I began my professional career in the graphics and paper converting sector in November 1991 in Macchincarta S.p.A., a subsidiary of the well-known Jagenberg AG of the Rheinmetall AG group.

In Macchincarta S.p.A. I held the position of sales manager for almost 10 years and have accumulated technical and commercial experience in the field of die-cutting machines, folder gluers, offset printing machines, laminators, window machines and many other machines in the graphics and paper industry.

In 2000 I left the Jagenberg Italia group to take the technical-commercial leadership of Serviform srl, production and distribution of machines for die-cutting and paper converting industries and I joined the board of directors of Foppa Fustelle srl, certainly the best known Italian die-cutter.

Starting from 2002 I took over the commercial management of Eurograf Tecnologia per Stampa srl ​​where I managed for over two years all the commercial activities that involved offset printing machines, automatic die-cutting machines, laminators, windows, folder-collectors, logistic systems and stack turns. cold lamination systems and other graphics and paper converting technologies.

Since 2004 I have been living with my family in Sardinia where I have gained significant experience in the IT and renewable energy sectors.

From July 2015 to December 2019 I led the sales of Oppliger srl as commercial director that produces one of the best performing sheet-to-sheet laminating machines in the converting sector.
